It was fine. Not particularly good or bad. After the second night they reclean your room and remake the bed which is nice. The bed was comfortable. The lift operates with 10cent coins, they left us 4x10cents so we don’t have to chase them for the first few times and there was complimentary water in the fridge (one small each). They even clean under the bed properly which is nice, not everywhere you feel good to look under the bed when you drop something. This is not good nor bad-as we chose the location-but a good to know, if you choose this accommodation you will be walking a lot as it is not so near to any public transport. When you have to walk 10-15 mins to the bus and your destination is like 20 mins away, you will walk anyway. Amazing bakery just front of the building (Capriccio). Store just downstairs, and restaurant as well. You can find €2 aperol places and amazing Pasta restaurant as well just only a 5 mins walk away.

The rooms are super tiny, not the same beddig as on the picture. The bathroom could use some refurbishment. The room of the door is a very light door, didn’t feel very safe, however the positive is there is a front door which only those can come through who are staying in the same accommodation. Our room wasn’t ready on time. But the cleaning staff was very kind anyway, they also let us leave our bags there until they finish. However we could only get to this point because we had spoken to Alessandra - room provider - on the phone to tell them to let us in.

Very good location, central and walkable distance to anywhere in Napoli. Staff was very friendly and let us leave our bags there early.

Very good location, the room was clean and the cleaning service came after the second day

The room is small, but enough for 2 people

Room was pretty clean and nicely decorated. Location was okay (close to the centre of the city with stations about 500m away; we were able to get picked up for our tour at the hotel next door). Met the host when we checked out and she was lovely, the guy who let us in was also kind though didn’t speak English.

Shower wasn’t draining properly, air conditioner was leaking and toilet ran water most of the time. The accommodation is in a little dodgy square with a little elevator you have to pay 10 cents to use each time or take stairs to 3rd floor. Check in wasn’t easy - had to call and wait for someone to come let us in. Bed was pretty clean but place just seemed a bit run down like it could do with a deep clean.
