Очень приятная хозяйка, все чисто, уютно, очень много посуды, посудомойка большая, кондиционер, как дома)) недалеко большой супермаркет Томми, напротив сразу пиццерия, море в 5 минутах ходьбы!
Нет стиральной машинки, я была с 2 детьми и без стиралки очень неудобно, дети все время пачкаются.

Internamente l'appartamento è perfetto, tutto nuovo, tutto pulito. Arredato con gusto, amore e semplicità. Esattamente come nelle foto. Equipaggiato con ogni suppellettile che faccia sentire a casa. Cucina/soggiorno completa di tutto dalle stoviglie, macchinetta per caffè espresso e cialde di benvenuto, moka, bollitore, microonde, forno, lavastoviglie... Ma anche spugnette nuove e pastiglie per la lavastoviglie. Biancheria buona e cambiata a metà soggiorno (2 settimane). Bella terrazza abitabile. Vicino al centro, a 150 metri da un market. Non supererei i 4 ospiti perché ci starebbero troppo stretti. Il proprietario risponde subito via Wa ad eventuali quesiti.
Le scale del condominio sporche e il pianerottolo dell'appartamento con luce rotta e pieno di ciarpame, decisamente migliorabile! Il parcheggio va cercato perché quello segnalato come utilizzabile non è mai vuoto.

Water leakage in bathroom, uncomfortable beds, dust & dirty (not too many), but behind the beds and in the wardrobe.
