Spacious, well equipped house. Great privacy and spacious garden for kids to play. Perfect place for self catering. All equipment you need for cooking is available there.

In general - a perfect place to stay and extremely pleasant and friendly host. Nice views, clean, nicely decorated and well equipped house.
Wi-fi connection didn't reach the third floor and it was difficult for small kids to flush the toilet on the first floor. But that didn't bother us much)

Exceptionally clean and very good location for the trips to nearby towns or beaches in Viaregio. Whole house is beatifully furnished. You can park your car directly at huge garden. Beds were very comfortable, and kitchen has all necessary equipment. All windows were equiped with nets, so you can sleep with open windows, and enjoy cold breeze. We really enjoyed our stay with 3 kids and a dog and are really happy that we stayed in this calm village.
There is a very nice restaurant with garden just walking distance from the house.
Not to forget host Laila, who was very friendly.
All was perfect, nothing to complain about :)
