Pobyt w Irish Pub Shoemaker w Kielcach był prawdziwą przyjemnością! To miejsce zachwyca niepowtarzalnym klimatem, świetną atmosferą i doskonałą obsługą. Pokoje są komfortowe, czyste i bardzo zadbane, a całość sprawia, że od pierwszych chwil można poczuć się wyjątkowo i swobodnie. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje Pani Monika – osoba niezwykle profesjonalna, serdeczna i pełna pozytywnej energii. Jej zaangażowanie, życzliwość oraz indywidualne podejście do gości są na najwyższym poziomie. Dzięki takim osobom pobyt staje się jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy i pozostawia same wspaniałe wspomnienia.

This was a very cozy place in a convenient location, yet tucked just out of any busy streets. The pub itself is beautifully done and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing, helpful and kind and the breakfast was far beyond my expectations!

Przechodzisz przez niepozornie wyglądająca bramę w kamienicy jakich wiele i nagle znajdujesz się w Irlandii. To miejsce ma swoją duszę i to czuć od pierwszego momentu. Pozdrowienia dla właścicieli, stworzyli prawdziwą perełkę w centrum Kielc :)

Bardzo nie podobało mi się, że muszę już opuścić to wspaniałe miejsce. Wrócę za rok, aby dokończyć eksplorację wspaniałego menu :) Do zobaczenia

The hotel was a warm and friendly place with excellent food and service in both the restaurant and the bar, and it was clean and comfortable.

From being warm and comfortable downstairs in the bar / restaurant, I went to a rather cool feeling room, which in my opinion could have been warmer. The quilt on the bed was extremely thin and didn't offer much warmth during the night. On waking the next morning feeling quite cold I went to take a hot shower, only to find the shower would not get hot at all, and there was no hot water in the tap on the sink either. which, as you can imagine left me feeling very cold and uncomfortable for the day ahead.
