Host Antonio was excellent, we received plenty of restaurant and activity recommendations and he also booked us one restaurant. Room was nice and clean with perfect air con.
One week stay in the apartment would have needed cleaning in the middle of the week but there was no cleaning at all. Parking was at the street so no dedicated parking places but every evening we managed to find place quite near the apartment.

extremely clean, lots of space and comfortable rooms. very nice bathrooms and good position in walking distance to centre. Also the host is the best host ever, very kind, friendly and really gives a lot of recommendations and good tips what to visit, very easy going. It has two very nice balconies and nice space to wash swimming suites. it is a great value for money. beds are really huge and very comfy
lack of even basic amenities like glasses, dishes, forks, very small fridge available to the guests. It is lottery to find parking space near the apartment after 21:00 and not having to roam around the streets. Also there is a gym that it seems like is being used by some random people so it is not the best feeling when someone is lifting weights while you are trying to sleep and you are not aware why is he doing that or why that person is having the access to the apartment that you have rented.

We had a great 5 days here, the room was clean and comfortable, the communal space was great, the landlord was very friendly and helpful, he would help you with every problem, we loved it and everything about Sardinia.
