This hotel charges premium prices but delivers extremely poor service. The location is beautiful, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The parking is relatively far from the rooms, and the path is covered with loose stones, making it very difficult to move heavy luggage. There was no assistance with luggage, and no one showed me to my room. I arrived after dark, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping or making the check-in experience welcoming. The room was also not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The bed sheets had visible stains, I found hair on the floor, and there were dead spiders between the furniture. For a hotel charging premium rates, the level of cleanliness was simply unacceptable. The staff were not friendly, not welcoming, and consistently dismissive. Rather than trying to help, they often came across as stubborn and unwilling to accommodate even simple requests. It felt as though guests were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Breakfast was very ordinary and certainly nothing that justified the price of the hotel. Even ordering a coffee became frustrating. I asked for a strong latte, and the staff member repeated my order correctly, yet I was served a cup of hot milk instead. It may have been a misunderstanding, but the way it was handled made me feel completely dismissed. Throughout my stay, the staff gave the impression that they just wanted to get rid of guests as quickly as possible rather than provide good hospitality. Another major downside was the noise. On Friday night there was a DJ playing until around 3 a.m., making it impossible to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The final disappointment came when I was leaving. I simply asked for a glass with some ice for my water, but was handed a paper cup instead, while another guest standing next to me was served a proper glass. It was a small gesture, but it reflected the inconsistent and indifferent service I experienced throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel is simply not worth the premium price. You’re paying for the location, not the service. Between the poor cleanliness, indifferent staff, inconvenient layout, and late-night noise, the experience fell well below expectations. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
