A beautifully situated two-level apartment with comfortable terraces, a fireplace and a grill. From the kitchen and one room a view of the sea and Velebit mountains. Very close to the beach as well as to shops and restaurants. Great owners, very kind and welcoming.

Die Lage ist wirklich ein Traum. 1 Minute vom Meer entfernt, das wirklich toll ist. Viele Riffe viele Fische und viele versteckte Liegemöglichkeiten.
In ca. 6 Gehminuten ist man bei einer fantastischen Bäckerei, 2 Cafés, Restaurants, einem kleinen Supermarkt, einer Apotheke, etc. Mit dem Auto ist man in 2 Minuten bei einem großen Tommy Markt.
Beim Apartment selbst war die Terrasse mit Kamingrill sehr angenehm.
Zu allererst: die Fotos auf Booking.com sind falsch!!! Grenzt eigentlich an Betrug. Die Fotos hier sind vom Apartment wo jetzt der Sohn drinnen wohnt. Darauf angesprochen meinte die Vermieterin, dass sie vergessen hat die Fotos zu ändern. Leider zu spät haben wir eine alte Bewertung aus 2023 gefunden, die auf dieses Problem aufmerksam machte...also 2 Jahre aufs Aktualisieren vergessen...najo.
Das jetzige Apartment ist vor allem alt. Die Möbel sind abgewohnt, die Küche mit einem Klebeband befestigt, Ladenfronten lösen sich beim Öffnen und und und. Im ersten Stock gab es noch Haare von den Vormietern sowie falsche Wimpern und ein gebrauchtes Taschentuch unter dem Bett. Als Bettzeug gab es keine Decken sondern nur leere Überzüge. Die Dusche ging über...kurzum bei den richtigen Fotos hätte man sich eine Einmietung überlegt. Es gibt zwar eine Klimaanlage, die ist aber im Stiegenaufgang mit Vorkriegszeitcharme montiert, kühlt also kaum die oberen Zimmer. Das in anderen Rezessionen angesprochene Flaschenlager gibt es noch, hat aber kaum gestört.
