The house was fantastic. Lots of room and a nice view from the balcony. Had a grill to use outside and a pool right outside the door. I would definitely stay here again. The beach is right across the road, but the crowds were very small because of the location away from all of the big hotels. Loved the top floor decor and the pool table.
Not much that I didn't like about it. The pool table was missing the cue ball, but that was fine. Floors had a little sand in some spots when we first arrived. Ceiling fan downstairs had a lot of play with causes a knocking sounds from the room above it.

The location was great! A short walk to the beach, conveniently located only 4 miles from Frank Brown park. It really does accommodate 16 people comfortably.
I didn't like the electrical issue on the third floor of the house and how only 2 tvs worked. Also, communication from the owner could have been a lot better. Some things could be updated (like the pool table), but it was still a good stay.

It had a nice walking distance to the beach
when we got there the paint was still wet on the walls and we got it all over our clothes and skin, there was hair ties and other things at the bottom of the pool, there was sand EVERYWHERE over the house and over the beds, some beds had stains on the sheets and made us very uncomfortable. the cleaning fee is $400 and it was completely not worth it with everything you have to do before you leave the house. you have to take the trash out, sweep THE WHOLE HOUSE, wash all the towels, etc.
