Barn Roost

We like all the available facilities , smalls very cozy rooms too with good size of garden to have a fresh air outside.

Bad smell inside the house did not like, couldn't figure out the smells but assumed it's from dog

Very cosy and comfortable. We were a party of 2 adults, a 2 year old and a 7 month old, and a dog! Lovely location with a parking space (1 car only). All amenities provided and handy. Only a 10-15 min drive into Keswick. Ample for what we needed.

A little dated and maybe some bits were showing wear and tear but that’s literally a cosmetic problem which didn’t affect us one bit! Just to be mindful though on the surrounding walks from the house, young bullocks in one of the fields that the footpath runs through were extremely curious with having a dog - luckily l have experience with cows so was ok around them and was able to keep myself safe, but would definitely be very cautious and would advise finding an alternative route!
