The view and location are unbeatable. The steps are worth it.

The WIFI was the worst I’ve ever encountered (< 2 Mbps download). I tried to contact the owner to resolve it but it was through a management company call centre and I checked in on the weekend so it wasn’t sorted. I ended up paying for an EE hotspot. Almost got a ticket in the public car park because the app doesn’t allow you to book a full 24 hours as they don’t want overnight parking. You can book up to 3am and from 6am so you have to stay up or wake up to book before the inspector arrives.

More difficult to access than expected.

On arrival the property was unclean. We had black soles of our feet just from walking around the property. The smell of the hand towel left in the bathroom for us absolutely stunk of damp, so much so we had to leave this in the hallway. The bins are ridiculously hard to find and when found, they were full to the brim. A nearby resident said they needed emptying more often but nothing has been done about the complaints to the owners. We also arrived to 4 very small towels for the 5 nights, not even big enough to wrap around your body once showered. Also only left half a toilet roll, with no spares so had to purchase our own and go out of our way to get some. Now the biggest issue of all, the sofa in the lounge (number 9) absolutely and strongly smelt of human urine, it had embedded that much when we sat down the smell instantly raised and stuck to us. disappointed we alerted the urgent helpline to report it on the same day we arrived, we were told they would send someone out urgently. I rang every single day of the holiday, with them reporting they’re having trouble contacting the owner. Someone only turned up to the property the day before we were checking out, the smell was that strong no amount of air-freshener or fabric spray (all purchased ourselves again to make it more bearable) helped. we made the decision to move the cushions, and pillows from the sofa into the hallway to help slightly, nothing was done to help us, the man (Phil) who attended agreed the smell was urine and apologised and said something would be done to refund us. our stay ended up ruined, for my boyfriends 30th too which was disappointing as we spent all our time sitting on camp chairs due to no sofa. We also had to mop and hoover the apartment on arrival due to the cleaner/home keeper becoming clearly complacent. won’t be recommending or staying again. also to note, the steps are very very difficult of and steep, feel this needs to be stressed more in the advert.

The views and the homeliness were exceptional! extremely comfy bed which made it all the more relaxing!

The accessibility for vehicles. Wouldnt recommend for people who have mobility issues due to the steps!

Great views overlooking Sennen cove with the beach 5 mins away good local buses to get around with plenty to do good little hide away

I must mention the picture shows there are steps leading to the property in reality there’s 79 steps a bit arduous to start with but it gets easier as the stay progressed.

Not as clean as expected. No hand sanitizer. Lacking a dishwasher.
