Beautiful location, amazing for families. Walking distance to the beach. Cosy and comfortable. Parking available. We had a complementary surprise gift of local products: pear juice, sultana cake and delicious crisps. All delicious! Thank you!

Maybe some instructions of how to work out the hot water. Kitchen equipment could be upgraded with some pans and new frying pans.

Very sweet cottage, quiet location, near to all the facilities. Clean well equipped and comfortable. Nice atmosphere in the area.

Nice community feel, location was excellent with proximity to Camber Sands and a short drive to the harbour. I would only recommend a short stay as the property desperately needs an upgrade. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and throws. Plenty of bleach essentials provided such as wind breaks, buckets, spades etc so need to bring any. Kindly provided with juice, milk and snacks.

Downstairs cold tap didn't work, downstairs flooring is worn and peeling, some light fixtures or bulbs didn't work, downstairs space was very small, the folding dining table was good but only 3 chairs provided, the garden furniture was very old and brittle, outdoor space was very small but ok. There was absolutely NO support from Sykes Cottages, despite repeated efforts to fix a few small matters. I confirmed many times that I needed an agent to contact me and only got a response once we checked out.
