Harbottle Lodge

Very comfortable, cozy, warm lodge. Well set up with lovely well fitted kitchen with everything you would need. Ideal , wish we could of stayed another week.

The key would be better on a key ring. Did leave it in the key safe though when out.

We stayed recently for a week at Harbottle Lodge, which was very comfortable and provided all we needed. The lodge is set amongst others in a quiet location and it is clean, spacious enough for a couple and with a very comfy bed. Plenty to see and do within 30 minutes or so drive. We ran out of gas about halfway through the holiday, which was NOT the fault of the owners. However we contacted them and they arranged for the supplier to deliver within a few hours. They were very helpful. We would stay again and would happily recommend Harbottle Lodge to other couples. Thank You for everything.

The lodge is described as being about 7 minutes away from the nearest pub, but it isn't. It's actually about 15 minutes walk, some of which is down an unlit minor road, without a pavement. That's clearly not the fault of the owners. We strongly suggest your mobile has sufficient charge to use the torch.
