Thank you Aloha ! We loved our stay ! The place was clean, beautiful, and perfect! The downstairs was an amazing gathering place for the family and the private outdoor shower was also a nice perk .It was the best of both worlds being right next to the beach with the large secluded lot and gated driveway . Great house !

Blue Mountain Beach is a wonderful place to visit! Overall the house was fine, but we wouldn’t book again. It was not cleaned well at all, there was trash and cigarette butts left on the balcony and the floors were dirty. We had some issues with bugs and ants in the Master bedroom and the air conditioner did not work well, likely due to the fact that the filter was extremely dirty. The property management did come out at 4pm the next day, but didn’t remedy anything. The kitchen area was sparsely stocked, not even a pair of scissors. The kids loved the bunk room and the swings downstairs and it fit our group nicely. It’s really too far to walk to the beach and parking at the beach access is not easy. A golf cart would be needed at this property for easy beach access. For the purpose of our weekend, it was fine all things considered. However, the property needs to be spruced up and offer more onsite amenities to really compete with other properties nearby.
