Austral Place 88 via Merri River

Everything at this property has been extremely well thought out, making our stay comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free from start to finish. This was our second time staying here, and it definitely won’t be our last — we will absolutely be back for a third visit. Communication was fantastic, check-in was simple and easy, and the property itself had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy both social time and their own downtime when needed. It really caters well for groups and makes travelling so much easier. You can tell a lot of care has gone into creating such a welcoming and functional space. Next time we will definitely make sure we book for longer because we never want to leave!

Nothing about this stay was disappointing, can't write anything that we didn't like, only that we had to leave.

size, cleanliness, comfort

We liked that they went over and above for example a well stocked pantry, toiletries, night lights, just anything you need was there. Spotlessly clean. A gift box of treats. Easy off street parking. The kitchen was fully stocked so that we could cook and cater for our group. Loads of space and comfortable sitting areas.

This is a big property that can comfortably fit a few families. We stayed as part of a golf trip, where each golfer had their own room. Facilities wise, the kitchen is well stocked with enough crockery/cutlery for cooking and eating. There's air conditioning in several rooms, and the Wifi is fast. Grocery shops and coffee are a 5 minute walk around the corner. Would visit again if I had a big group!

The location of the property means you need a car, but that's well known in advance. It's only a 5 minute drive to the centre of Warrnambool.
