Ladybug Resort Romantic Cabin With Mountain Views, Game Room, Close to Dollywood

The interior of the cabin was clean. There were streaming services downloaded on the TV.* There was a minimally sufficient amount of kitchen utensils. There was a drip coffee maker.* There was plenty of ice. There was a starter supply of dishwasher detergent. The shower had nice shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. There were plenty of towels provided for the shower, whirlpool, and hot tub. The hot tub water was nice and hot for our arrival. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen appliances were in excellent working and cosmetic condition. The thermostat worked well.* Please see below for asterisk clarifications.

*You will need to use your own account to log in to streaming services. *You will need to supply you own coffee filters, coffee, sugar, and creamer. Nothing other than the coffee maker is supplied, and you will not know this unless you either ask the property owner ahead of time or read this review. *No instructions were provided for the thermostat, which is fine, as it was simply a digital touch screen to adjust temps. However, typically properties will leave instructions on how to leave the thermostat upon departure, there were no instructions. I notified the property owners ahead of time, per the Booking.com site, of my anticipated arrival time of 4p. As of 337p i had not received correspondence for the code to unlock the door, so i had to take the initiative to contact the owners to gain that information, before i was in the mountains and at risk of not having cell service. There was no sign in book or binder with information about the property---check-out procedures, how to work thermostat, what the three seperate remotes to the TVs do, etc. There was a ring camera. I have stayed in a multitude of VRBOs and the like, many having building- or post-mounted security cameras to monitor the property. This was not that. This was a ring camera mounted on the front porch, where they also had two comfortable chairs. This ring camera, by definition, can listen and observe renters who want to have private conversations on the porch while having coffee, listening to the wildlife, etc.

In the woods expected a better view via Pictures.

We needed a 4 wheel drive to get to property which wasn't stated in add. Poor condition of appliances, microwave handle broken and refrigerator leaking water. Living room sofa broken.
