Cute property in nature, but lots of bugs in the room!

Very cute property, perfect for an overnight stay while exploring Mons Klint.

Unfortunately, when we arrived quite late in the evening the house weren’t there and there were also no other guests. The property was dark and completely empty, although it was open and easy to check in. The rooms were quite damp and they were quite a lot of bugs in the room - we understand that we were in nature, but having more than dozens of mosquitoes spiders and bees in the room was not very nice… the shared bathroom was easily accessible but water from the shower and the sink did overflow completely on the floor.

Adorable countryside lodge close to Møns Klint

The whole place screams cute countryside passion project with swing overlooking a pond, plum, apple and fig trees, variegated comfortable tables and benches arranged in a cobblestone courtyard, sauna, ping pong table, hammocks... the owners are kind and always there to help if you need anything. We were lucky to be able to buy fresh veggies from their garden, and they sell drinks (beer, wine) and snacks (crackers, ice cream)

It is an old renovated countryside barn, so everything creaks, and the noise carries easily when people are walking in the corridor and in the bathroom. Some wash rooms were missing toilet paper, soap, and some bins missing bin bags.

Helen, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional. And the property is tastefully and intelligently decorated. Don't miss the huge beautiful snails along the path to the parking area!

Exceptional

The ultimate peace and quiet destination! This B&B has a great atmosphere, rooms are comfortable, shared bathrooms are cleaned regularly, and the main yard is a great place to hang out after exploring the region. Location is great, just a short drive from Mons Klint and Stege. Don't miss the beautiful sunset right from the driveway.

A wonderful couple of nights and days in Mon in this rustic BnB.

This was an intentionally rustic BnB in beautiful Mon. The owner was quite warm and helpful and figured out how we could shift our dates last minute. Breakfast was quite good. And the sauna a delight.

All turned out well but the differences between room was not made very clear. The family room is quite big, and comfortable for a family! We were happy to be there.

Lovely retreat, hope to be back!

Very kind owner stayed up late to check us in. Unbelievable dark sky zone for stargazing. Close to Mons Klint. Common area serves as a large and comfortable hang-out space.

Bathrooms are across the courtyard, which makes it tough if you have to go in the middle of the night. Beds are small and a little wobbly.

Very cozy spaces, great atmosphere overall. The courtyard was lovely in the sun (and the cat was lovable). The breakfast was great with homemade buns and jam.

The curtain was thin and white, and let in a lot of light early in the morning. The toilets were in another building with some big spiders around

Great place to stay and visit the beautiful nature around!

The property is located in a picturesque countryside. The former farm was transformed into a nice place where you can stay while visiting the cliffs. Our room was comfortable and clean. There is a big terrace in the yard where you can relax and have a drink after a long hike. Our host Dorte is very friendly, proposed us to use their bicycles and gave us a lift to the train station on our way back.

Nature Experience with a little Extra!

Good vibes, good people! The host is a very friendly guy, who cares deeply about his guests. I booked last minute and got an amazing experience underneath the moonlit sky.

I would consider to always offer bed sheets without asking for extra money for it. that was the only negative aspect.
