owner was very nice and pleasant, although we were a little late because of being stuck in traffic she seemed in quite a hurry, was very close to town and beach. The apartment was well equipped

although we knew we had no veiw before we arrived , the view over the balcony was a catastrophy, dead bird on the roof below and rubbish littering the garden. The apartment was hard to find spent a good 10 mins walking round the neibourhood trying to find it. Although on the third floor the lift didn't work the whole time, and with luggage or shopping it was a bit of a trek. Quite dissapointed by the balcony, would of been nice to sit the but was tiny and part of the inside of the apartment. Neighbours were quiet apart from the home diy on midnight for over an hour on the Sunday

Apartment was clean and cozy, ideal for a couple or a small family. Distance to beach, city center and grocery store was 10 min by walk. The block is quiet, occupied mostly by regulars. Apartment is fully equiped, everything is working. I highly recommend this accomodation.
