About this house rental
Walk to everything Saratoga Springs has to offer.
Saratoga charm radiates through this family friendly east side craftsman bungalow. This home sits just a few blocks from the main entrance to the track and a 10 minute walk to Broadway and Congress Park. Newly updated and renovated kitchen. Oak floors, coffered ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bright interior and easy flow living space. The front porch is a perfect place to enjoy a book and cup of coffee, or as an entertaining spot on spring, summer, and fall nights
*I have implemented an enhanced cleaning routine before and after guests stay. This includes:
- Cleaning then disinfecting all surfaces using products with diluted household bleach or at least 70% alcohol.
- 48 hours between reservations to provide ample time to properly clean and disinfect all areas accessible to guests.
- Providing guests with disinfectant spray.
- Washing on the highest heat setting all linens, blankets, comforters, decorative throw pillows, pillows, and shams after every stay.
The house has central air conditioning.

Love the neighborhood. Walked everywhere - the track, shops, restaurants, bars. House is cozy - with very functional kitchen. Plenty of parking space. Homeowner Adam was very accommodating.

House was charming and clean. Short walk to the race track or to Main Street dining. Check in and out was super convenient. Host is great with communication and was available whenever contacted.

Location was ok but not ideal. We had to drive everywhere except the race track.
The first level of the house was in ok condition. The upstairs was very old and looked like no work was done since house was built. The entire house shake just by walking around the upstairs level.
The add shows the backyard has a grill but the yard has not been clean in a very long time and grill was not functioning.
The coffee maker was very old and did not worked. We communicated this to owner and he brought filter but that still did not worked.
The towels were original white but they were so old the color had already fained, they look more like brown.
The furniture in the porch was dirty and very old.
Our smoke alarm went off and owner came to the house right away, this was very nice of him and appreciated the quick response.
