We kregen van te voren geen adres om de sleutels op te halen. De service van Belvilla is slecht, maar daar staan ze om bekend. Geen enkele reactie op onze emails. We hebben meerdere keren gebeld en kregen het verkeerde adres door. Uiteindelijk bleek dat we de sleutelcode konden ophalen bij Vd Linde Verhuur in de Cockdorp. Let op: Kikkerstraat 2 (voor de mensen die dit lezen). Het appartement heet in werkelijkheid ‘Hoeve Holland’, Hollandseweg 22, De Cocksdorp.
Inchecken, gebrek aan informatie en beroerde service Belvilla. Zak van badhanddoeken was al open, blokjes vaatwasmachine ontbrak.
