the view was exceptional

master bedroom desperately needed a ceiling fan and blinds in the en-suite. kitchen tap needed replacing

The view and general layout of the house

There was very little heating- we had to buy an extra heater. the fact that there was no wi-fo was the biggest draw back though- we found that not acceptable for a place at this level and price.

Location and view amazing. Needed a bit of maintenance attention but real estate agent very helpful and accommodating.
