The Villa Doris is a modern city villa in a quiet outskirts with a residential street. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (1.5 km).
The holiday complex was completed in 2018 and consists of a main house with 6 exclusive holiday apartments and three high-quality holiday bungalows. The children's playground and a barbecue area branch off to the right from the driveway with sufficient parking spaces.
There is a communal lounge in front of the main entrance for quiet evening hours.
The special equipment of the villa includes a sauna and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee (coin operated machine).
The bungalow Auritz is located on the property of Villa Doris and has a south-west facing spacious terrace. The living room furnished in a maritime design convinces with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed, offer enough space for up to 4 people.
