The location is umbeatable
Exposed wires in the bathroom, broken mascara mirror installation, no minibar, the sheet was much smaller than the mattress so you and god knows how many other guest sleep on the same dirty surface, the 5 minutes cleaning

Perfect location in old town. Clean rooms and OK breakfast.
Small things. Open wires in bathhroom (ex phone etc, not 220v AC). Beds were good but strange bedding, too small sheet just opened on bed and not folded under mattress.

Location
We arrived around midnight and found the room very very cold. According to the reception, it's because the windows were open. Why would anybody do that prior to your guests arriving is beyond me . We changed the room and found that room super cold as well. Must be an opening window ritual I am not aware of going on
