Espacioso confortable apartamento familia

Very spacious , quick reacting host.

This apartment is located outside of the center, it is quite cold at night and the couch is quite uncomfortable. Be aware that payment is required in cash, preferably in USD.

Nuestro anfitrión Rodrigo tiene un trato muy amable servicial, acudió a todos nuestros llamados y atendió nuestros requerimientos, tanto en el check in y en el check out fue muy atento , el departamento muy bien distribuido super espacioso la cocina ideal esta muy bien equipado, también tiene un espacio para poder trabajar. Un lugar como en casa con todas las comodidades, seguridad y sobre todo tranquilidad y una vista muy bonita, ideal si tienen hijos

Amplio alojamiento Personal súper amable y atento. No está ubicado en el centro pero eso hace que sea silencioso y bueno para descansar. Además por 8 soles estás en la plaza de armas.

An interesting and difficult review I have to make here, the apartment has a lot of room for like 6 people, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, washing machine and like 2 TVs, larger fridge and all tools to cook, drink and stay there. Living room is large, with desk space, and the setup is secure, with a gated access and key controlled elevator. The service and support from the owners is excellent.

Now the issues, the house is fairly noisy, you hear a lot from the house, even the dog walking upstairs. Curtains do not really make things dark, bathrooms have hot water when you shower, opening the sink hot water might take its while to heat up, if at all. The biggest issue is, the apartment is too big for the two small space heaters provided, you can heat a bedroom, if the door is closed, ok, the living room is cold, especially to sit and spend time. So for winter, this is an issue, also the furniture is not comfortable, the desk chair in the living room might try and kill you as well (old 4 leg chair).
