Great holiday.

Cozy apartment, very good location close to the center of Fazana and beach. Good parking.

Missing balcony awning in apartment no.3 is very annoying. There are curtains which does not provide enough protection from sunlight on the balcony, which is located to the west.

Overally we had a great trip. Fazana is great place to stay with nice beach and lots of activities.

Supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance, the beach and the city center around the same. The beach is one of the best ones we have seen so far in Croatia. Bars, toilettes on the beach, sport facilities etc. Kitchen in the room is well equipped. One of the rooms is climatized.

We did not have a balcony, rooms quite small but ok (2nd floor). If you do not like to be in contact with landlords you would definitely like this option. I think they have less parking places than rooms (parking is paid probably everywhere in town). There is cleaning only before arrival and upon departure. Even if you stay longer than a week. So if you would e.g. spend your toilette paper do not try to ask for refill. Better buy whenever is something missing. We tried to ask twice:) Ended in supermarket on our own. Landlord speaks Croatian and Italian. You would run into her usually only if something goes wrong from her point of view. By accident of course. She would try to explain to you in details in her native language what went wrong making sure you understood and in the way all people around know and hear well what is going on.

Great place to stay in Fazana - for us with perfect localization. Apartment bright and clean, very well equipped - all smelling of lavender :-)

more place for drying clothes outside the window would be great (we stayed in apartment without balcony)

Bylo to super, ubytování, čisté, kousek od moře i města, milí majitelé

Ocenili jsme především klimatizaci a balkon.. 😊 byli jsme opravdu spokojeni 😊

Jedna chybička byla, ze v dětském pokoji příšerně vrzala jedna postel, ale nic co bychom nepřežili 😊
