    We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Shubham, Shimla. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our stay very pleasant. One thing to note is that there are stairs leading up to the hotel. However, we found this to be an advantage rather than a drawback, as these stairs provide direct access from the back of the hotel to Mall Road, making it very convenient to explore the main shopping and dining area without needing transportation. Another major benefit is the paid parking facility located right next to the hotel. This completely removes the stress of finding parking in Shimla and makes traveling by car much more convenient. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend Hotel Shubham to anyone visiting Shimla and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality!

    Washroom bedsheet and blanket are not clean at all. On request they have changed the blanket that also same. For food items staff was asking for cash, I have paid through upi. He was misbehaving and he doesn't know how to talk guest.
