The room, the reception area, the breakfast options of payment, the staff.
They didn't answer the phone when I called. And there was no previous info about the possibility of check-out time extension.

I didnt have breakfast but the place was nice and clean. very modern and private but with a big window and city view. great value
netflix required login i didnt have, minibar was not stocked, and lacked small touches like kleenex in the bathroom but overall im very satisfied with the stay
