Apartments Michael & Petra , Omisalj, Insel Krk, Kroatien

We stayed here for the second year in a row and Studio Inna was just as shown in the photos. The terrace offers a lovely view of Rijeka Bay. The studio is simple but comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed was cozy and we appreciated that dogs are welcome (with extra fee).

We were not satisfied with the host’s attitude regarding our dog. Upon arrival, we immediately informed Mrs. Melissa that we had a small dog, as we already knew from last year that there is an extra fee. On the third day, however, the owner sent us a rather unpleasant message claiming that we had not reported the dog and stating a fee of €50 (100% higher than last year). After we extended our stay for two more days, we received another message introducing new rules for dogs: the fee would be €70, and a penalty of €120 if a pet is not reported. We also did not receive the promised parking space (for an extra charge). During five out of nine days one spot was free, but we still had to park around the neighborhood in unofficial places. After extending our stay, the host informed us that studio apartments are not entitled to parking at all – another new rule that had not been mentioned before. Overall, the host’s approach left us with an experience significantly below expectations.

A very successful trip. The apartment was exactly as we expected. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Great contact with the host. Pesja beach was very good for the child. Quick access to Njivice, where you could enjoy more attractions.

We loved the apartment. It is big enough with a comfortable couch and an extremely lovely terrace part where one can sit and enjoy the view to the sea. What I loved the most that it is an animal friendly apartment and there was even a toy for dogs. It is so attentive! Everything was very clean and washing machine and further machines are available. The parking place is good as well, it is in front of the house. The owner was very kind, he sent us tipps through email where to eat.

The walls are very thin within the apartment, so I could hear everything (e.g. when someone went to the shower at 11pm). The mattress and the pillows were not too comfortable. Actually the apartment is situated a bit outside of Omišalj city center, it is best if one goes by car. In plus, there is not a lot to see/ do in Omišalj. We had to go out for dining to Njivice (11 min by car).

The studio was clean, nice, enough for two persons.

Very poor service: 1)we didn't get the concrete name of our apartaments. We tried to open several doors, while we found our room. 2)the studio PETRA hasn't washing machine. 3) there were no opened shops in the area, even the closest one. 4) we asked to provide TWO taxi for two appartaments, but the taxi delayed 10 minutes and there was just a one car instead of two. It was very stresfull because we could miss our flight back home.
