Casetta Sul Porto Antico Piano Primo

This was such a good find in Monopoli. It’s centrally located to all the right bars and restaurants and easy to access. The views from the kitchen and bedroom of the old port were just amazing. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and the added bonus was was the roof terrace which provided a nice break from the bustle of the streets below.

Perfect location and the host Georgia was lovely and very accommodating.

Everything was perfect

Private appartment with private entrance to the street with just 5 stepd up the appartment door. At top of stairs a verly large roof terrace. Terrace and both balconies overlook the old harbour. Location very conviently located in old city

The noise. It was obvious that there would be some noise from the bar nextdoor but the annoying noise was from mid afternoon until sunset with one particular trip boat blasting music, and I mean blasting, on the opposite side of the harbour trying to attract customers. Unfortunately its trips were very short so it was very annoying. Other noise was what would be ecpected in a busy location but unlike that party boat other noise could be almost totally supressed by closing the windows and utilising the aircon. However we prefer fresh air.
