Localização e infraestrutura no entorno, inclusive restaurantes, supermercados, bares e afins.
O apto não dispunha de tv funcionando, depois, entregaram uma na caixa. A porta entre a sala e a varanda/área de serviço está sem virdro na parte inferior, fazendo com que a circulação dos ventos se tornem bastante forte, por conta disso, desprendeu uma pequena parte de gesso do teto, em cima da porta do quarto. Uma dificuldade muito grande para entrar e sair do apto por conta dos ventos, propiciando prováveis acidentes; além disso a poeta está bastante emperrada. Considerando tudo isso, ainda achei o apto bom, principalmente pela vista que oferece.
