Ubicación excelente.
Bastante luminoso a pesar de ser una planta baja.
Silencioso corazón de manzana.
Muy buena calefacción a gas independiente en cada planta.
El dormitorio está en planta alta accesible con sólo 7 escalones, pero teniendo baño completo en suite (y con otro baño completo en la planta baja), uno sólo sube dicha escalera una o dos veces en todo el día.
La planta baja tiene un inevitable desnivel de 3 escalones que uno transita todo el tiempo de living a cocina.
Nada es perfecto!

Good location and welcome. Quiet at night.
Very cluttered apartment. There's stuff and ornaments, empty plant pots, everywhere. 24 chairs in a one bedroom apartment is a bit overkill. Very old fabrics, old mats, old curtains, so I imagine it's impossible to keep it clean. Kitchen utensils were very dirty, drawers sticky. Dirty cutlery and crockery. Had to walk around in my shoes as socks became so dirty.
