A cosy, well-located flat with great amenities and a fantastic host - perfect for an easy, enjoyable ski week!

Well placed and good amenities: - Shops across the road and parking available. - 2x Ski lifts close, bus service between lifts, and €20 beginners access to really decent slopes for learners and all. - Flat is cosy, either 2 lifts and the regular good shower, kitchen and table, heating very good. Downstairs ski equipment locker. - HOST is a great guy, timely responses, and all the elements for a great ski week!

Perfect location for a simple studio. If you are looking for value for money, look no further.

Apt 4 is a small, no-frills, functional studio in an ideal location for starting your ski day on the Frejus lift. You won’t find better value for money given the perfect location - it’s also just across the street from the supermarket, boulangerie, pharmacy and equipment hire shops. The old town is just under the bridge, along the river with a few sweet restaurants and bars. Good for a couple or friends who know each other very well, I travelled with my mum and we used the sofa bed and pull-out bed from underneath the sofa; neither of us fancied the additional ‘bunk’ with ladder perched on the wall! The studio also comes with a ski locker on the ground floor, useful and necessary for storing all your kit. Whilst the facilities are basic, there is plenty of clothes storage for two and there was always enough hot water.

Wifi is advertised but, in effect, is not really available unless you stand outside in the car park, which is not very convenient. The heating system is loud at night but we managed to turn it off with a switch behind the wardrobe. Bit inconvenient having to bring your own sheets (I’d advise bringing a pillow case too) but this is all advertised in advance so is not a surprise on arrival.

Great location for lifts, shops and restaurants but too many niggles!

Great location, just 150m from 2 main lifts. A few niggles but, all in all, a great little studio for the price.

This refers to apartment C5. There are no numbers on the doors so you have to guess which door it is on the corridor. Space is small, suitable for 1 person, a couple or 2 very close friends. Decor and furnishings are 'tired' but you get what you pay for. Some easy things to fix would be the broken shower hook; electrics - only one socket worked; hot plates didn't work so not able to cook or boil water for hot drink (no kettle provided); and WiFi didn't work, although the owner did try to get a technician to fix it but he wasn't available for a week! Generally, it would benefit from a thorough clean and bedding being washed after each rental, especially considering Covid.

We've stayed with Jean-Christophe 3 times now and will certainly keep booking with him in the future. Next to the best lift in Villeneuve to get up on the mountain with the addition of a great ski locker!

Unused potential but excellent location

Perfect location to be on the piste in 5 minutes, close to shops (groceries, bar, restaurant, pharmacy, rental) and nordic ski area is close by for different activities (walking dogs, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding.) Easy key pick up with instructions received via email in advance. Host responded to emails in a timely manner and was very pleasant. Room is small but has lots of storage in the room and with ski lockers on the ground floor. Lots of parking on site or in the public lot next to it. Walking distance to everything you need. Pet friendly (the apartment and the whole complex). Overall, we picked it because of the excellent location and pet friendliness. We would stay again if the wifi situation was fixed, and we brought our own essential cooking items.

The place is small but does have a lot of potential. However, it feels like the host is happy with just offering an average place to stay. It is furnished with old things that feel like they are leftovers that no longer want to be used in their own home, for example old bedding, a rusty peeler, or old aluminum pots and scratched and warped Teflon pans. I would recommend you bring your own essential things to cook. Electric plugs need an update and are in awkward positions (e.g. behind the cupboard). The shower head was broken and no attempt was made to fix it. When I told the host he told me he was already aware the shower was broken. Difficult to wash hair and face... No wifi throughout our stay! Falsely advertised as having wifi. The router is not in your room and comes in from the outside...From the other reviews it seems this is an ongoing problem and no attempt has been made to improve it. We had to use other means to get wifi - paying for roaming ($$) and using the SerreCheici network (10euro for a week with so-so connection). Very frustrating when you are staying abroad over the holidays and want to give family and friends a call.

Ski, ski, ski

Central location. The owner lives in the same building and said hello. Good value for money but a squeeze for three people!

Make sure you pack your speedos, as the swimming baths don’t allow swim shorts. The Wi-Fi router is on the 7/8 floor and my iPhone couldn’t connect as the signal was to week on the 4th floor - make coffee and sit in the stairwell on the 7/8th floor to catch up with your emails.

Great for a budget week where you're out on the slopes all day.

Great location, apartment good for 2 people although smaller than expecting. Comfortable bed, nice powerful shower- the main 2 things you want when youre snowboarding all week!

Smaller than expecting, showerhead was broken when we arrived which we had to fix ourselves. Could've been more kitchen accessories... Coffee filters etc.

Vacanza bellissima

Appartamento piccolo ma nella norma dei monolocali qui . Ottimo per 2 persone. È un monolocale al 2 piano di un palazzo anni 70 (credo) quindi all'apparenza un po' datato. In realtà è molto funzionale, non manca nulla , c'è spazio per la dispensa, per appendere vestiti, giacche, ecc Per me le cose importanti sono la doccia e funziona benissimo con acqua caldissima a volontà, il letto comodissimo, due piastre perfettamente funzionanti e un microonde. C'è tutto l'occorrente per cucinare pentole, piatti, scodelle, teglie, piatti ecc..cuscini comodi e piumone da montagna ....Inoltre a disposizione c'è il deposito sci chiuso a chiave dove abbiamo messo le nostre bici da corsa e un armadietto per i caschi, scarpe, ecc . Il condominio è tranquillissimo, ha un giardino enorme bellissimo. La vista dalla finestra sulla montagna è meravigliosa . Il parcheggio è gratuito sotto casa. La posizione è favolosa vicino al centro commerciale con tutto il necessario. direttamente da casa partono sentieri dai più semplici e quelli più impegnativi. A 100 metri c'è un bel lago balneabile, la piscina, possibilità di fare rafting, canoa, ecc. Punto di partenza favoloso per giri in bici qui è il paradiso per i ciclisti sia su strada che MTB. Poco distante ci sono le terme bellissime. Il proprietario fortunatamente abita qui ed è sempre disponibilissimo per qualsiasi cosa, ci ha dato molti consigli anche per giri in bici e a piedi. Il rapporto con lui è molto cordiale e amichevole cosa rara . Prima dell'arrivo ci ha mandato le indicazioni e i consigli via mail utilissimi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale ineguagliabile.

Pas de vrai lit deux places mais deux lits à disposés côte à côte. Couette en 140 pour un lit en 160 quand les deux lits sont rapprochés. Tout est dans l air du bâtiment. Vinted. Vaisselle équipements tentures mobiliers etc sauf la cafetière. Mériterait un petit rajeunissement, mais rien ne nous a manqué ou fait défaut. Propriétaire réactif très sympathique. Super localisation proche des remontées mécaniques entre 5 à 10 min à pied avec le matos sans se presser Accès direct centre commercial avec tout le nécessaire. De super vacances d hiver.
