smelly, run down apartment

The apartment smells strongly of cigarette smoke. It is not possible to get rid of it by ventilation. (The agency claimed that it was caused by one guest 3 weeks ago. I have doubts. The apartment would have been cleaned twice and the odor was strong nevertheless and equally concentrated throughout the apartment. The sofa cover had cigarette burn marks.) The apartment is run down, has dirty walls and radiator, marked sofa mattress, loose or broken socket covers, greasy and slow hob.

Het beddengoed is echt slecht geregeld, kregen niks voor om de dekens en een slecht syntetische hoes voor de kussens en matras. Ondanks ik van te voren heb gebeld en gemaild of dit allemaal aanwezig was. Dus aan iedereen die hier heen gaat: NEEM JE EIGEN DENKENS, KUSSENS EN HOESLAKEN MEEE!!!!!! Verder is het contact ook niet heel goed en word je door de accommodatie vol gespamd met reclame via booking.com en de mail.
