Cosy, comfortable, well appointed chalet style room with wood fire and sauna

The room was cosy, comfortable, private and well appointed. We liked the warmth of the wood stove, and appreciated the sauna. It was well located and staff were friendly and helpful.

If you are flying out of Rovaniemi on the first flight at 9am don’t book for breakfast. The restaurant doesn’t start breakfast service until 8 am. We had to take a breakfast box which was thoughtfully packed by the kitchen, but had we known when booking we would not have chosen the breakfast option.

Spectacular place to stay!

Everything was great! The place has a spectacular view from the windows, next to the forest, but at the same time in the center of Santa Claus village.

Nice hotel, expansive for what it is

The rooms were good, views were a bit different to advertised as we just looked out onto other rooms, but overall facilities were good

I don’t think it represented value for money. I paid over £1000 for 1 night and it just didn’t warrant the cost. Nice hotel, good breakfast but not worth the money

Very pleasant stay.

Location was superb, inside Santas Village walking distance to all Attractions. Very clean and brand new facilities, inside nature.

The heating was not sufficient for a glass wall room. Pillows and duvets are so small, and not hot enough.

Nice room, with downstairs bathroom and lounge area with tea and coffee facilities including a fridge. Upstairs, a very nice bathroom with a sauna, and a very comfortable doub my e bed with amazingly large windows. Good breakfast too.

Fantastic location for visiting Santa Claus Village

Fantastic location, Peaceful yet only minutes away from everything. A high-quality feel to the accommodation, Spacious and well kitted out with everything you could need. A lovely warm restaurant with excellent food served by friendly staff. Reception staff were welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. Complete with Reindeer just feet away from you whilst looking out of the windows.

Amazing staff and a truly magical place to stay

The staff were super friendly, accomodating and just amazing people! But the rooms, amazing! I can't believe I paid for the price for the room. I definitely believe this is one of the best accomodations I have been in. The photos you see look unreal but just watch when you get there. I also came in early so they offered early bag to be stored. But when they have finished cleaning my room, they immediately texted me which led to an early check in! Truly amazing! Also, the location is directly in Santa's Village!

The breakfast was good for what is offered with good quality. it's pretty normal breakfast but I felt I got what I paid for :) I would also advice putting the luggage storage option in the description for more awareness.

Rooms are amazing and comfortable. Clean and excellent value for money.

Do not expect to see the northen lights from the room. The area around Santa's Village and all of the hotels keep all external lights on all night. Sort of expected them to turn off around 10pm or so, but they remain on all night. Not really the fault of this hotel but a bug if you are hoping for that.

Would Recommend

The Hotel is walking distance from SCV, and is surrounded by lovely walking trails. It is easily accessible by bus/taxi from the airport/city. The room was fabulous, spacious, very quiet and tranquil. The views from the rooms were just amazing. We were also lucky enough to catch some northern lights from here.

The breakfast was just fair for the price of the hotel, very simple, and the coffee wasn't great.

Amazing hotel in the fairy tale location - the middle of Santa Clause Village. Everything was great - layout and facilities of our Aurora Honeymoon Suite, the view, pine trees covered in snow, the fireplace, well equipped kitchen. We loved it. Special thanks to Nadezhda for arranging change of our bed and for making us feel like special guests.

Large windows which can let us look throughout the beautiful winter scenery . ❄️ The room and toilet is clean . Feel happy that we can interact with the reindeer especially the white one just after stepping out of the hotel 🫎 The front desk is very kind and helpful to Asian people which we appreciate that a lot 🙂 Overall , we are quite happy during the stay !

The place was incredible. The unit was spectacular, clean, tidy, comfortable. It was like being cocooned in a wonderful embrace surrounded by snow. We loved it so much!!

The strict check in and check out times especially given we changed villas. We essentially lost 4 hrs and it was inconvenient packing and moving villas. Even after requesting late check out and early check in before our stay and after arrival hotel staff blatantly refused

Nice and enjoying stay at Nova Skyland land.

The room was clean and comfortable. The surroundings were nice and clean, with areas for my child to play in snow. The hotel was close to all attractions in Santa Claus Village.

The door to my backyard was hard to open and close. Maybe a mat at the backyard door would be good for wet boots.
