I was pleasantly shocked at how beautiful the rooms were ànd how OUTSTANDING the food was. I would definitely book again.

It was great and an absolute bargain for the price..

Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Atlas Mountains - whilst Hamid’s family home is about a 15 minute drive from Imlil, for us it was the perfect place to stay whilst hiking Toubkal and the surrounding areas (you need a car!). Hamid and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful - always on call to support. The accommodation is quite literally their home, and so it is very authentically Moroccan. Huge comfortable beds, with plenty of blankets for the colder months. We were welcome to use their family kitchen, which was much appreciated. If I go back, I suspect I’ll return to Hamid’s home for our hiking base!

Perhaps a few things will get lost in translation, but it didn’t affect our stay.

Good location if you’re with a car, very good option if you’re a group!!

Great value for money. Plenty of blankets available in the room. Parking is available. Breakfast was alright. Location is good for exploring Asni, Imlil (Atlas Mountains) and Marrakech (with a car).

Rooms get very cold at night (it was 0 degrees outside and the buildings are designed to dissipate heat - I'm sure it would've been GREAT in warmer weather). An electric heater was provided but only one can be used in the whole building at any one time. The shower was either very cold or very hot (partly due to cold weather). Miscommunication is inevitable if you don't understand French or Amazigh/Darija.
