La ubicación, es muy cómodo los servicios que da el apartamento como lo es lavadora secadora, lavavajillas, muy amplio y con una Excelente vista.

Pour être honnête on ne peut que tout apprécier de cet appartement, la vue, le personnel, la propreté ..

La vista al mar desde el apartamento es hermosa, el apartamento esta muy bien equipado, estuvo muy lindo, la ubicación es espectacular, frente a la playa, tiene todo lo necesario para un estadía agradable, el sector es muy tranquilo y seguro, estuve con mi esposo y mis padres y la pasamos muy bien, cerca hay tiendas, restaurantes, playa, la señora que nos entregó las llaves es muy amable, y el anfitrión fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de nosotros atento a resolver cualquier duda

Me gustaría que el valor de las manillas estuviera visible en la publicación antes de realizar la reserva, para que la personas tengan claro antes de reservar que se debe pagar un valor adicional de manillas. En mi caso fuimos 4 personas y tuvimos que pagar $195.000 adicional al valor que sale en el precio de Booking.

The apartment in itself and the location.

There is no customer service at all, the apartment is managed by a guy in the United States, I couldn't pay at the property (be aware!) and had to wait for two hours at night until he finally let us in so we can transfer him the payment at the bank in the morning. It was also a failure from Booking, who couldn't read my card on the platforms, so there I was... Waiting with my family in the reception at night without anybody trying to give us a hand, all tired after a 6 hour bus trip. Everything is very strict, nobody can enter your apartment althought you rent the whole stuff. Had a friend over, and although there are 3 single beds and a double bed in the apartment, he couldn't enter not even to take a shower, after we went at the beach. If you want to go at the gym you have to book in advance and wait for a specific time slot, even if there's no one at the gym. You can't even drink a beer at the pool. The receptionists and the workers in general seem like robots, they just execute orders from the big boss in the US. They are not helpful in any way, you don't feel welcome, it's more of a "here's your key" kind of thing and that's it. There's not even cold water in the reception. Although the checkout is at 11:30 we had the cleaning lady knocking the door 10 minutes earlier and ENTERING the apartment without even asking for permission. The place has no soul at all and I wouldn't call it an experience, but more like a place to sleep.
