Overall best hotel visited in boracay From FO to room staff very accommodating

The hotel was very kind to give us a free upgrade, and we were treated to a Deluxe Sea View Suite. It's a very grand room, with a very spacious living area (with a sofabed) and a large bedroom, with both areas having floor to ceiling windows to truly take in the amazing view of its private lagoon. It also has a very spacious bathroom, with a large tub and separate shower and toilet. The architecture of the area is phenomenal, though it's showing its age. There is also a boutique, gym, and a ping pong table available to guests, though we weren't able to explore these amenities. You can also get lost exploring the place due to how big it is. The staff were very accomodating and helpful, and even left us a custom tote and hat <3 The resort itself is very private. It's cut off from the beaches of Station 1. The lagoon itself is very beautiful, though it has coarser sand compared to the beach at Station 1. In addition, the entrance to the resort is quite far from the road and has some steep parts, so pedicab rides usually take 100 pesos in and out of the area. I recommend this for people who are looking for a quieter time in Boracay, with comfort and luxury right at your hands.

Our experience at Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay has been nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The level of hospitality here is exceptional. Every member of staff has been incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, always willing to go that extra mile to ensure our stay is as enjoyable as possible. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings, fantastic facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to unwind. What really sets Crimson apart, though, is the people. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail have made our experience truly special. We couldn't recommend Crimson Boracay enough and would absolutely love to return. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay!

The resort was ok. On first arrival a staff member named ‘King’ greeted us but when we started asking questions he began to get annoyed and short with us. His mood changed later, but it gave a bad first impression. Our room was good. It was clean, but the area to the room pool was easily seen from the walkway and the pool was littered with leaves from the foliage surrounding. There are only three places to eat on the resort and the main one that is opened was closed for 2 nights out of the three nights we stayed. The only remaining restaurants that were open were extremely expensive. Our waitress, Angel, at mosaic was wonderful though. And the supporting staff was great. Getting to and from the resort is easy. They can arrange an e-trike out of the resort. I would only stay here if you want to do nothing but go to the beach and eat food. Otherwise, if you want to go out and explore I would stay somewhere else.
