Apartment is in the new building so furniture and equipment are brand new. Localization is quite good, 10 min to Valetta but in rush hours it's difficult to catch a bus because it's full off people and driver doesn't stop. A/C works perfectly. Kitchen is well equipped, it has everything what you need. Self check in and check out without any problems. Good communication with the owner.
In my opinion towels should be washed in higher temperature because they are not very fresh. Everything was well cleaned except three big wardrobes inside. Putting TV in shared place is not good idea because it can disturb people in other room. It could be nice to have TV in the room instead of three big wardrobes that we don't really need.

very clean, a lot of space, very comfortable apartment , very helpful host.
we'll keep this in mind if we'll ever come back to Malta.
Location is in the middle, a bit tricky to reach but overall we had no problems
