Location is great for all e wanted to do.
Clean but could do with a deep clean.

The location is very convenient. I stayed at this property to watch the Australian Open tennis. It was in a quiet residential area, 2 stops from Richmond station, which is close to the venue and within walking distance of Prahran Market. Staff response was quick.
I am generally satisfied, but I think it would be rated higher if some areas were more thoroughly cleaned.

good location, 15 minute walk to Prahran markets, further to Toorak Road good balcony seating walking distance of some good restaurants Easy for Uber pickup
Chapel street a bit run down, not as interesting as I had expected. Long walk from supermarkets either direction Maybe better if you have a car. Only two doses washing machine and dishwasher powders provided. Could use more rather than buying a whole full pack

Hotel room wasn’t the cleanest- hair on bathroom floor and dirty socks on bedroom floor
