Dar Dadicilef

Great and quiet location at the lower end of the Medina, 3-story Dar (painted all in blue like the rest of the town) with a beautiful and peaceful garden for breakfast and a great rooftop for chilling, good breakfast, Ahmed (knows everything about soccer players since the 70s) and his son Abdul were very charming and extremely helpful. Highly recommended (as is the recently opened Bacha Rouge restaurant 20 steps away with a great view of the city from its rooftop).

Nothing (or just maybe the smell of cats on the rooftop, which for sure is difficult to avoid in a city where every nook and cranny is filled with these cute and loving creatures).

Such a nice cozy place in the middle of the Medina! Highly recommend. Clean, polity staff, breakfast included in the garden, it has a roof terrace, and so on.

The host was fantastic, super helpful and super nice! The room was cute, comfortable and clean! There were games provided to play whilst hanging out in the Dar and the view from the terrace was lovely! The garden was a beautiful place to eat breakfast! Would 100% come here again!

The only niggle is that the shared bathroom is on a different floor to our room but this is pretty common and definitely manageable

It was the nicest place I’ve stayed in on my trip. A tradition house, very old, full of character, lovely terrace, great location, nice breakfast. The host speaks multiple languages. There was a lovely fire in the evening as I was there in march and it was cold. Easy to find( for me with Google Maps) close to the kasbah and main square.

Not the strongest internet if that is important for you, it wasn’t for me, it was good enough. As it’s an old house it might lack some of the comforts people expect. I loved it for just that reason.
