Beachfront Apartment

The location to the beach is amazing! And the view for sunset is perfect! There’s a lot of space and room for our family and friends to be comfortable together. The fully equipped kitchen, large patio, and washing machine really made our stay comfortable!

The WiFi is very slow and hard to access from any other room than where the router is located. (Working remotely was impossible.) We were there primarily for vacation, so it wasn’t a big deal but it made being able to access business difficult.

Very well done apartment, we enjoyed it very much. A place to come back time and time again. Thank you Ivana! We will see you again.

Very good place. Just a few steps from the beach. Views of the sea from the terrace. Good swimming! Very good distance from the center of the village: close enough for a pleasant walk, far enough from the crowds and noise. Our appartment was spacious and very comfortable. Clean and with nice and modern furniture. It has all the equipment and gadgets you need - high above average! - one of the best equipped appartments I have ever been to (air condition, enough dishes and pots, a dishwasher, toaster, even a washing machine... ) Free parking in front of the house. A tiny bakery shop right at the doorsteps, open all day. The owner was extremely kind - I left my USB flash disk in the appartment and they were so nice to send it back to me in an envelope at their expense. Amazing!

The place is excellent for a relaxing holiday! However, if you want to do some serious sightseeing too and see a lot of things, this is not the best part of Croatia. There are not many first-rate sights nearby. All the "big names of Croatia" - famous ancient and medieval towns and famous national parks - are quite far away from Zaostrog (usually about two hours drive or more). The village of Zaostrog itself is cute but small. Pleasant for an evening stroll but explored enough in about an hour. So it depends what you want from your holiday. (I recommend hiking on some of the mountains nearby - Sokolić, Viter or Sv. Paškal - it is not difficult and the views are amazing, totally worth it. But should be done early in the morning to avoid the summer heat.)

The location of the apartment is great, it's directly on the seacoast. The apartment was clean.

This accomodation is highly overrated - I don't know who gives 10 points for it. The outside of the building is in poor shape, at the entrance door of the apartment there is a strong sewage smell. The apartment is poorly maintained: the power outlets are hanging out of the wall, which is a security hazard. The bathroom door cannot be closed properly and the bottom of the door is rotten. The walls of the building are thin like paper, therefore you can clearly hear the neighbors. The private seating are looks very good in the pictures but in reality it is full with ants and cannot be used.
