The room was comfortable and refurbished, also the bathroom. I only stayed there one night to be close to Heathrow airport for an early morning flight, so it was good for that purpose. Probably not the best place if you want to explore London. Staff were nice and the building looked good.
I had to carry my heavy suitcase all the way to the top floor, but I forgot to request a ground/first floor room, so I can't say it's their fault. I found it a bit expensive for what it was, and compared to other guest houses in the area, but not too bad.

Staff were friendly and polite. The room was immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable. Car parking was easy.

Close to the airport and transport links
The mattresses were lumpy and soft and clearly needed changing. The pillows were the same. Very small room
