    we've a problem with wifi in the room 7th floor (we've a problem with cellular data as well since the room is less signal) and asked the reception to help check the wifi router on that floor or try to restart. Unfortunately, the receptionist (or manager) told us that they cann't do anything and asked us to use the wifi around the waiting area (reception area) instead.

    Nice hotel in the famous and always busy Alexanderplatz. Do not expect lavish luxury or breathtaking infrastructure, but good, clean and modern hotel.

    We chose this motel for its location and high cleanliness score. While it's conveniently near shops and a shopping center, the surrounding streets were not very clean and felt a bit unsafe at night, though that’s not the motel’s fault. When we arrived in our room, we were disappointed. The toilet wasn’t fully clean, with a brush left in it and shower parts in the sink. The paper cups weren’t properly placed. Despite the room being somewhat clean, it was a letdown. We stayed one night and mentioned our concerns to the reception the next day. They moved us to a similar room with a better view, which was noticeably cleaner. However, our initial experience had already left a mark. On a positive note, the reception staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.
