Very kind staff, safe house with a nice garden. There is kitchen where filtered water is provided, so no need for plastic garbage. The kitchen has utensils for some lighter meals, but no provisions left by previous guests. The room is basic, but the bed is comfortable, the hot water is really hot, and the room has heating - much needed during the cold wave that we encountered.
The area where the hotel is located is across from a church, but otherwise the street has a lot of dilapitated buildings. However, it is literally 5 minutes' walk to the Bus Terminal, and the restaurants, which was great.

Great location, in a quiet area. The room was comfortable with heating, the shower was incredibly hot & had good power. The pillows & bed were comfortable! The people who run it are so lovely, the lady helped us dry our clothes when we returned from a storm soaked.

Everything. Special mention to the wonderful staff. Only area for improvement would be the provision of recycling facilities in the kitchen and rooms.

This place is absolutely lovely! It’s like a little oasis, it’s close to the city and bus station and the staff is very helpful and kind!
