Nature Glow Cottage

Lovely little home stay with the nicest host family. The room is big and equipped with everything you need, including a hot shower with great water pressure. The terrace looking out over the creek was great to relax in the evening. Our favorite thing was the food (dinner and breakfast). The portions were huge and everything was so tasty! They also arranged our taxi to our next stop, which was appreciated.

The mattresses and pillows felt very worn and probably should be replaced soon. However, given the price of this accommodation, it is something we could overlook.

Der Aufenthalt war einer der schönsten in Sri Lanka. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Zimmer, mitten in der Natur bzw. im Jungle und super liebe Hosts. Wir haben abends sehr gutes traditionelles Rice and Curry bekommen und am nächsten Tag ein super leckeres Frühstück. Wer außerdem offen ist für kulturellen Austausch ist hier richtig.

Beautiful location, very comfortable, I liked the table on the terrace

This was the best stay during our whole Trip through Sri Lanka! We (2 adults and 2 Children) Stayed here for 3 Nights. The Room is very nice and clean with a hot shower, the terrace is lovely and it is so nice just to sit there and Look in the trees! When it got dark we also saw Glow Worms there. We made a Safari with the son of the family. It was Perfect, he Knew a lot about all the animals and we got a Book where we could read about all those animals. On that day we saw round about 60 Elephants 🐘☺️ The laundry Service was Perfect and very Quick. The breakfast was Great. We had Dinner at the Room which was soooo good! We can really recommend to Eat here! (Every day ☺️) All in all - this stay has everything you need! Besides all These - the heartwarming, very lovely family who Runs this two rooms was the Best of our stay! Thank you for Everything-we really felt Home here ❤️
