Great location, quiet but close to everything!

Wish there was a more comfortable living room couch. Also would have liked table lamps, there was only ceiling lights

I like that the property was very clean pool was nice , our breakfast was included and the staff was very nice in the kitchen food was good. Everything in our room Was good our beds and pillows were very comfortable .

What I didn’t like about the property was the some of the staff , one of the red headed ladies was rude she literally went out of her way to be unkind very short as I’m bothering her by asking her questions. I came in to rent a golf cart so I came to pick up my keys in the morning and I asked two ladies that were there if they cam help me with the keys the red headed lady says yes follow me I proceed to the office and as I walked in the receptionist asked me a question and I answered her by the time I knew it the red headed lady was outside so I open the door and said I’m sorry are you waiting on me and she rudely answers and says of course I did apologize because of the small talk I had with her coworker figured no big deal right so she takes me to the golf cart hands me the keys and says this is your cart and proceeded to walk away never explained how to work the golf cart rules , times battery info so I go look for the other girl which I did complain about the other lady and the girl just smiled like yeah I know .So today at check out she helped me again and not one bit of hospitality or customer service all she said was your room has been checked out and walked away like rude much. I mean I wasn’t here in a free room I did book two rooms I don’t need to be catered to BUT I most definitely didn’t need the rudeness that will make me think twice about referring or coming back.

Great location, clean pool, friendly staff, we had some health issues, and they went out of their way to assist, especially their manager!!

Charming courtyard and overall was clean. Cafe and cleaning staff were friendly.

The place was very dark and the lighting was terrible, it might’ve been bright white LEDs. It made us feel like we were in an office building every night and I dreaded the sun going down. The AC units emitted a super bright white light that lit up our bedrooms every night. Pool was pretty cold so the kids didn’t swim. The tv didn’t work. The “full” kitchen was hard to cook in, not stocked with standards (no coffee machine, no paper towel, no salt, one blunt knife, one kitchen towel for 4 night stay). It felt more like an upscale hostel without comfortable amenities. Also we were charged an extra 500 pecos for an “extra person fee” to have a babysitter come for 3 hours during the day.
