Whether it's your first time in Panama City Beach or you're returning for an annual vacation, you'll find an abundance of activities nearby. The white sand beach is right downstairs, and the on-site Riptide Snack Bar is ready to welcome you home from afternoons spent kayaking, swimming, and paddleboarding. Splash Resort is also just three miles up the road from Pier Park's restaurants, movie theaters, and 124 stores, and eight miles southeast of Rosemary Beach on Scenic 30A.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.

We loved our stay at this beautiful unit. We loved the decor, we loved the space and the amenities of the resort. We loved how easy it was to book, we had no trouble check in or during check out. During our 5 day stay we only left the resort once, my kids didn’t want to leave the water play area. Definitely recommend if you have kids.

Condo nicely decorated. Spacious and convenient to elevator. Lovely view from the e balcony! Great bunk room for larger families! Loved having washer and dryer in the room. Refrigerator did not work well. And sink drains were slow.

Pros:
View was great
Room was clean
Kid friendly pools and water park area
Close access to the beach and pier park
Cons:
Shower pressure was not good, and water never got past warm
Fridge does not have a water dispenser (Bring your own water)
One of the patio chairs was broke due to corrosion
The pool bar uses wine instead of liquor when making mixed drinks
The elevator waiting time and speed
Rules are not enforced in the Jacuzzi or at the water park area
Window blinds in the bunk room do not block out the light
The patio door sliding curtains do not slide very well due to the choice of curtain rod.
