The beach is right outside your front door and boasts white sand along a 1 mile stretch of beach. Home to boogie boarders, surfers, beach goers, sun bathers and the like, Avila Beach boasts some of the best weather in the State of California.

We have shops, wine tasting, restaurants, 18 hole championship golf, marine center, spas that are all within walking distance of your house.
Other area activities are over 200 wineries, 7 golf courses, deep sea fishing, ATV riding over sand dunes, Hearst Castle, Morro Bay fishing Village, San Luis Obispo shops and restaurants, Cambria, Live Theatre, Movies, etc.

1. Super expensive rental but the master toilet had issues. Not what I would expect from a high end rental. You couldn't flush it normally otherwise it would run endlessly. I had to take the top off the toilet and manually fix it able 10 times. I raised the issue to them and someone came over. Basically said we can't flush it normally and did nothing.
2. The rental agreement is not professional. It states loads of rules, fines and the tone not fitting for the hospitality industry or really any industry. It made me uncomfortable for the whole trip. It was shared Less than two weeks before a Christmas trip. They offered to let me out of the reservation. I spent about a decade working in contract compliance, so I was pretty uncomfortable with the horrific state of the agreement and what I was forced to sign. it was not standard. It's a Frankenstein agreement that somebody has added to probably over a decade plus that has become 10+ pages.
3. Loads of spiders in the home. They need to increase maintenance. Many were in plan view.
4. Property had an elevator but it was not reliable. We had planned to host Christmas but had to cancel plans and change the location to my grandmothers home. She's 100 years old and can't do the stairs anymore. Again o called someone they came over right away but we could never get the elevator working again. I didn't trust it at that point either.
