La cercanía a la playa . La mejor de playa de Italia.
No sabíamos que era zona de boliches así que por la noche nos tocó en el piso de arriba un grupo de chicos con todo lo que eso significa .

Cortesia e disponibilità del personale, posizione e servizi. Ci hanno fornito anche un ombrellone e due spiaggine, la camera confortevole e ben ristrutturata, era dotata inoltre di un terrazzo enorme e comodo con tavolino, sedie, ombrellone e stendibiancheria. Molto apprezzabile la disponibilità e l'efficienza di Annalisa che è punto di riferimento del B&B, oltre a dare indicazioni per gite, spesa, ecc.
È ovvio che che più ci sono caratteristiche da soggiorno di alto livello e meno aspetti negativi si evidenziano ma questo è un B&B e come tale va valutato. Una cosa basica direi, è la mancanza di una cassetta di sicurezza e serrature/porte più sicure, anche a livello psicologico non avere il pensiero di lasciare effetti di valore in camera quando vai in spiaggia ad esempio, fa stare più tranquilli.

Proximité de la plage, supérette restaurant a côté, logement neuf dans hôtel toujours en travaux.facile pour se garer.le café excellent
Chambre exiguë, douche très petite , du bruit la nuit avec les résidents indélicats.frigo tout petit , chère pour la prestation, petit déjeuner industriel ou surgelé que du sucré manque d' assortiments.
