THINGS TO KNOW
After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While Vacasa provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo location was good by a lot of restaurants. The view from the patio was great. Overall the condo is very nice.

Being on the "first" floor was concerning until we got there and realized it was on top of a 5-story parking garage. So we ended up being higher and having a better view than we would at other hotels. Moreover, the first floor balconies are HUGE. We had so much fun with this balcony. Condo easily sleeps 6. We didn't use the couch bed, that could've slept 2 children. The bathrooms are massive. The mattresses were better than my mattresses at home. We had a wonderful time. The presence of security and staffing was nice. You could tell that the property was actually being managed and guests were being held to a high standard which I liked. Cons: 2 small elevators for 150± rooms was rough at peak beach, check-in, and check-out times. You could spend a long time at the elevator. Parking was also tight but manageable.

With a toddler and an infant, space for them to move around was important to us and this place has more than enough space. The balcony and the ease of getting to the beach were our favorite part. I would say though some cleaning products and a mop would have been nice.

This place needs new mattresses and bed pillows! Also your Direct TV only works on one of the four TV's in the place. The front load washing machine has black mold growing around the opening. There are only seven forks and four spoons in this poorly equipment kitchen and the non-stick finish on the cookware is heavily damaged. The "shower" in the main bath is in the 1980's style soaking tub and is dangerous getting in and out of. Front guest bath and guest bedroom leaked during a rain storm. Over the years we've stayed in a lot of nice condos on the beach but this was definitely not one of them!
