Pine House in ISHIGAKI

思った以上に清潔で快適に過ごせた。

宿泊する家の駐車場がレンタルサイクルの置き場になっており、早朝より人の出入りが有った。 家の中に蟻の侵入が有り、殺虫剤が必要になった。

ロケーションも良く、中も綺麗で充実していた。

寝室の部屋が3箇所あったのが良かったです。 快適に寝ることができました。

特になかったです。

The bus stop was very near, as well as the Maesato beach. The house was clean and tidy, looking almost new. It had all the basic equipment available, so that we had breakfast in the house, but we could have cooked some dinner, too, if we would have wanted to. It was convenient to wash our clothes in the machine and hang them to dry outside, as well. The beds and futons were comfortable, so that we had two pleasant nights. During the day, we were mostly out of house. For a family of five people, it had the right size. We did not really meet the host, so that I cannot really judge it, but the electronic exchanges we had were friendly and uncomplicated.

The check-in time at 15:00 is quite strict as the key box is not available beforehand, so we were left with our heavy luggages when we arrived in the area with the airport bus at 12:00 and could not leave them in a safe place to enjoy that time. We went to have lunch in the local kaiten-zushi (which is horrible, by the way, and left us all with digestive problems for several days) with our luggage to kill time, but we could have used this time much more pleasantly, obviously. Fortunately, the cleaning maid saw us when we came back around 14:30 and opened the door to us so that we could relax away from the scorching sun. The bus runs every half an hour in both directions, so that it needs a bit of planning to go into town or to the airport. Another recommendation would be to provide the user manuals for some of the equipments available as some of it is self-explanatory, but not all. Even the Japanese-only user manual would have helped. The area is still largely under construction, including the nearby ANA International Hotel, so that it cannot be described as beautiful and calm, but it did not really disturb us as we were primarily present during nighttime.
